THE FOURTEEN ARCHETYPES

There are Fourteen Archetypes or styles that show up in the workplace. It isn't an exact count because people are constantly changing. These first five are the most necessary in any organization. These come from an analysis of over 8,000 DISC profiles. The chart you see is the Natural Style.

The Producer - WHAT you do

The Administrator HOW you do it

The Entrepreneur WHY you do it

The Integrator WHO gets it done

The Pragmatist WHEN you do it

What, How, Why, Who and When are the driving factors for any business. When a company is smaller the founders where many of these hats at the same time.

These are the Sub Archetypes. These show up on the leadership team or the managers who work a function in the company.

These are the extreme Archetypes - typically those under stress or pressure.
