We started the company because most people struggled with issues dealing with carbon based life forms. People. They could learn accounting, project management, sales and marketing, but the patterns of people seemed to be unpredictable.
That's when we realized everyone is in the People Business. We began examining patterns of human behavior 19 years ago and discovered many patterns are predictable based on the Archetypes of the people.
