My name is Paul Childs. I've hosted more than 400 Peer Groups, Spoken to more than 100 others. I've delivered over 10,000 hours of Executive Coaching. (Thanks to Malcolm Gladwell but I havent achieve mastery yet) I'm still learning, but I've seen the transformation my members have gone through from being part of a cohort.
I have owned four companies each grew to 25-30 million in revenue. I specialize in working with SMB business owners. I was a group chair for Vistage. I had four groups. I was a mentor chair, training other chairs.
I focus on businesses with $1-10 million in revenue.
I had a mentor that took me through the practice of Somatic Experience, the work of Peter Levine and Gabor Mate. I worked with Tony Robbins as trainer and coach for six years. I apprenticed with a Shaman from Peru for 15 years and learned plant medicine.
